What Coach Craft is not 

If you’re looking for technical instruction on how to teach the skills of your sport, Coach Craft isn’t that programme.

We won’t teach you how to improve a swimming stroke, develop a rugby pass or perfect a gymnastics skill. There are already plenty of courses that focus on what to teach.

Coach Craft focuses on how you coach the person in front of you.

It’s about developing the human side of coaching: how you communicate, listen, understand individual differences, adapt your approach, build trust and create environments where people feel accepted, understood and empowered.

Because knowing your sport doesn’t automatically mean knowing your people or even yourself.

In coaching, you are the product.
